How many units do I need for my construction site / weekend rental?

For Construction Sites – OSHA recommends one unit for every ten workers working a 40 hour week. Keep in mind, additional usage by sub-contractors and overtime workers can affect the long term performance. For Weekend Rentals - Each unit is good for up to 100 people For larger events, use this Event Calculator to find out how many units you may need.
How far in advance do I need to reserve my portable unit or restroom trailer?

During peak times of the year we often sell out of units for weekend rentals. All units and restroom trailers are rented on a first come, first serve basis. To ensure we can accomodate your request, it is best to make your reservation as far in advance as possible.
Where can my portable unit or restroom trailer be placed?

All units should be placed on a level surface, no further than 20 feet from a hard surface. We will make every reasonable attempt to accommodate your wishes for placement. To ensure our trucks, employees and equipment are not in danger or at risk, we must keep the unit readily accessible for servicing. Never attempt to move a full unit on your own. Our customer service staff and drivers can help you pick the perfect place for your individual unit or restroom trailer.
How often will my units be cleaned?

We provide a weekly service which includes: - Pump and clean the waste tank - Blue deodorizer replenished - Use of an on board pressure washing system for overall cleaning inside and out - Restocking of supplies Our weekly service ensures consistent sanitary conditions for the duration of your rental.
What happens if my portable unit gets tipped over?

When a portable toilet gets tipped over we ask that our customers contact our office as soon as possible to report the incident. Believe it or not, these units are designed to withstand being tipped over. Depending on the direction they're facing there is minimal to no leakage. We will work with our customer to evaluate the severity of the tip over and the unit will be cleaned or switched out depending on the severity of the tip over at our earliest convienece.
Do you service RV's or Customer owned units?

Yes! We service many customer owned portable toilets and RV's. We can set a schedule for weekly service or service as needed.
